Director of Operations
Bobbie has been the Operations Manager since Dixon Plumbing And Service opened in 2019, she’s the kind and caring voice you’ll hear when calling to schedule services. She has 5 wonder children and is expecting her first grandchild this year. Bobbie enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading books, and traveling.

Josh Dixon
Owner, Master Plumber
Josh Dixon is the owner and Master Plumber behind Dixon Plumbing and Service. A lifelong Northern Kentucky resident, Josh began building his career in the plumbing industry shortly after graduating high school. Over more than 25 years, he has developed extensive hands-on experience, earned both his Master Plumber and Journeyman Plumber licenses, and built a reputation around dependable workmanship and honest service.
Owning a plumbing company was a lifelong goal for Josh. In 2019, he and his family established Dixon Plumbing and Service in Walton to give homeowners and businesses throughout Northern Kentucky a trustworthy local plumbing partner. His approach is straightforward: explain the problem clearly, recommend a practical solution, charge a fair price, and complete the work correctly.
Outside of work, Josh’s greatest priority is his family. He is the proud father of five children and is excited about welcoming his first grandchild. He enjoys traveling, golfing, playing cards, and spending time with family and friends. Josh is also a lifelong Cincinnati Bengals fan who continues to stand behind the team through every season.
Meet Andy
Journeyman Plumber
Andy is a licensed Journeyman Plumber with six years of experience serving homeowners and businesses with dependable, professional plumbing solutions. Through hands-on field experience and continued training, he has developed the technical knowledge and practical problem-solving skills needed to complete each project safely, efficiently, and correctly.
As part of the Dixon Plumbing and Service team, Andy is committed to providing honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and respectful customer service. He takes pride in helping customers understand their plumbing concerns and delivering reliable solutions designed to protect their homes and businesses.
Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife of eight years and their two daughters. He also values time with family and friends, enjoys being outdoors, and follows sports of all kinds. Above all, Andy is a passionate University of Kentucky fan. Go Cats!
Meet James
Journeyman Plumber
James is a licensed Journeyman Plumber with five years of professional experience. Through hands-on work in the field, he has developed the practical knowledge and problem-solving skills required to diagnose plumbing issues and provide safe, dependable solutions.
As part of the Dixon Plumbing and Service team, James is committed to quality workmanship, honest recommendations, and treating every customer’s property with care and respect. He takes pride in completing each job correctly and contributing to the reliable service customers expect from a local, family-owned plumbing company.
Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his wife, their children, extended family, friends, and dogs. He also enjoys golfing, playing cornhole, and four-wheeling.

Meet Tailor
Office Manager
Tailor helps keep Dixon Plumbing and Service organized, responsive, and running smoothly behind the scenes. As Office Manager, she oversees scheduling, bookkeeping, customer communication, and the day-to-day administrative responsibilities that support both the plumbing team and the customers they serve.
Her attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities help ensure appointments are coordinated efficiently, records remain accurate, and customers receive clear, timely communication throughout the service process. Tailor plays an essential role in maintaining the dependable, family-focused experience that defines Dixon Plumbing and Service.
Dixon Plumbing and Service is truly a family business for Tailor. She is Josh’s daughter, James’ wife, and the proud mother of two children. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and being part of the close-knit team working together to serve homeowners and businesses throughout Northern Kentucky.
